Join Absence of Proof and 54D for an evening of workouts and wellness.The evening will begin with a 54D class, followed by a panel discussion around fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellness and non-alcoholic happy hour from Absence of Proof. Schedule:6:00 - Arrive and check-in (sign waiver)6:30 - Workout begins!7:30 - Opportunity to change/shower7:45 - Wellness panel and non-alcoholic cocktail hour begins (opportunity for Q&amp;A)Additional Notes:This event is 21+.All drinks offered will be below 0.5% ABV (non-alcoholic). Some drinks will utilize non-alcoholic spirits that mimic the taste and aroma of alcohol, without the intoxicating effects.
